A sub-area of the Lower Ward, deeper in than the Slums Tavern and the Lower Ward Tannery. The locals call it Eel Lane; if it ever made it onto a map, it’d be Southeast Lowers.
The buildings hunch closer here. The alleys tighten. The neighbors talk — but the area shields its tenants from prying eyes from the guards and such.
