The cave
Fought 5 Sahuagin in the cave. Found an island in the middle of an underground lake.
Ruasar touched a giant crystal in the island — same energy as Stormeye’s heart. Saw a vision of a hag. The hag threw him back into the water and hurt him.
Yort Li threw acid onto the crystal. Crystal destroyed. The Sea Hag was pissed.
The sea hag’s offer
Hag possessed a giant octopus and threatened us / offered gifts. Effectively freed us to find six willing souls to buy our freedom.
Put us on kelpies and forced us to Brackenford.
Brackenford
A shithole. Dying, cursed town filled with suspicious starving peasants. Crumbling manor, weary soldiers. Forest overgrowth trying to reclaim the city — almost definitely a forest hag at work.
Kelpies dropped us at the Empty Net tavern and returned to the water to watch us. Ruasar sent a kelpie off with a note to the Harrow’s Wake letting them know where we were.
Met by suspicion when the whole party walked in together. Cisco heavily overpaid for crappy drinks to earn favor with the barkeep. Got rooms for the night.
